1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.
You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cozyzara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@cozyzara.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos so we can process a replacement or refund for you.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
7. Missing Items
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If you notice items are missing from your delivery, please wait an additional 2-3 days as the rest of your order may be in a separate shipment.
